This is the YouTube part of a parent’s own page in My HigherLife, beside the phone it controls. Choose the channels, block a word, open a video: the phone answers at once.
💡 Psst - this is a mock-up, so nothing really plays or sends. The real thing on your phone is even better.

Questions people ask
What is Filtered YouTube?
Our own YouTube app for the kosher home. It opens to the channels you chose and their newest videos, never an endless feed, and only what you allow can play.
What is the library checked by HigherLife?
Torah classes and Jewish music, checked by us, that you can switch on in one press, plus any channel you add yourself.
Can I allow just one video?
Yes. Allow a single video without its whole channel, or block a channel or a word in a title.
Can I turn off Shorts and comments?
Yes. Search, Shorts, “Up next”, comments, live videos and links under a video each have their own switch, and “Listen only” keeps the picture dark while the sound plays.
Does it need a YouTube account?
No. YouTube can stay signed out: no posting, no subscriptions, no feed of its own.
